The story began in 2020 when the legal landscape shifted dramatically. Out of that challenge came opportunity — to build a new, specialized practice focused exclusively on collateral recovery. What started at a kitchen counter has grown into a national practice supported by a dedicated legal and operations team, advanced technology, and trusted partnerships across the industry.

Only our name has changed! Our mantra is Purpose/Passion/People. Our purpose is to create and maintain a best-in-class law practice that focuses on partnering with our clients to recover the collateral that our clients are unable to. Our passion is in all of the work that we do. Our focus is on our people, our clients, and their results. Without you, we have no practice. Our staff and local counsel network are just as important. Our job is to ensure we are working together to help recover the collateral as quickly, compliantly and efficiently as possible.
Our experienced attorneys oversee and manage a national network of law firms that perform replevin, impound recovery, title curative and lien strip litigation. We oversee legal programs and legal processes, which requires having our attorneys manage and provide the necessary oversight of our programs and their networks.
All matters referred are included in a monthly status report, broken out by type of placement and all monthly reports include fees and costs billed as well of the value of collateral placed/recovered so ROI can be easily tracked.

• Remote access performance of QLaw and other line of business applications are maximized and standardized regardless of location. The staff’s desktop experience: keyboard and mouse control may vary based on internet connection quality, but the application processing and performance will be consistent.
• Staff/Office geographic expansion will be predictable and consistent for cost, performance and security.
